When wanting to look at land in Malibu, I have found that most agents simply tell you to check out the property first before delving further. I think that’s a lazy way out if you are a Realtor. Olivia not only met me at the property, but she also brought one of her resident land pros, and we all found out where exactly the property lines were. That was very impressive to me.
